My most recent position I served as the Warrant Officer for the Province of Alberta, which requires significant emphasis on Professionalism of the Organization and the Performance Management of employees. My law enforcement experience has provided me with the necessary skills for working in a challenging fluid and dynamic environment. In this demanding environment my critical thinking and problem solving skills have been an immense asset. While working in various capacities I have held supervisory and leadership roles to develop and train countless numbers of law enforcement personnel throughout Canada.
