ABOUT ME

Forest Path
Health Coach Lethbridge

Hi! My name is Rob Jetten. I am a first aid instructor, retired teacher, and most recently, a certified health and life coach.

Wellness is my passion, and I want to share this passion with you. Everyone has a right to live their best life, and I believe the greatest tool we can use to achieve this goal is to increase one’s own health and wellness. I stand by the fact that if you work on your wellness and health, you will live a better and happier life.

Graduating with distinction from the University of Lethbridge I spent the next 29 years of my life as a high school biology teacher. Teaching hundreds of individuals, I began to witness the impact that good health and wellness had on students. Students who implemented wellness strategies, lived better, performed better in school, and were considerably less stressed than their peers. Fascinated by this, I began incorporating wellness lifestyle tips in each one of my lessons. I grew passionate about helping others improve their own lives just by making small feasible changes.

Life Coach Lethbridge

I began my own wellness journey during the adult years of my life. I found that when I began to prioritize myself and my own well-being, I stated to make small changes in my everyday life to reflect this mindset. Practicing good health and wellness lead to three life changing discoveries: Problems weren’t as big, obstacles (big or small) were easier to overcome, and the stresses of everyday life became easier to navigate and maintain.

I had seen the benefits of good health and wellness both in my professional and personal life, and I wanted to share with the world the positive impacts of wellness. I first began in my own community, serving as a high school wellness coordinator and served as a member on my school districts wellness committee as well as my city’s wellness committee.  I planned, organized, and presented at both school and district health and wellness days.

I found this work so rewarding and fulfilling. I knew that after I retired, I wanted to dedicate my time to health and wellness. I wanted to help others find what I had found: more peace in my life. That is what inspired me to become a wellness coach.

My personal health philosophy is “Our health and wellness are a personal journey. If we use and apply our own values and strengths to this journey, we can achieve all of our wellness goals.” As a wellness coach I aspire to integrate wellness with your own personal values to achieve a balanced plan that can help improve the quality of your life. Please reach out to me if you have any questions, and I hope that you will take me with you on your wellness journey.

Wellness is my passion, and I hope it becomes yours.
